David Silvah Day of the Dead Exhibition



Hello friends!!
Your are invited to join David Silvah, this October 24 at the Hollywood forever Cemetery for the Day of the dead celebration that takes place every year. This year Lila Downs will be performing!, David will have a "one men show" at the main Gallery-Mausoleum at the corridor number 6 (right next to Rodolfo Valentino's crypt).
For this show he will have on display 7 day of the dead paintings from medium to big size, this will be your chance to see his rare day of the dead art, that he usually paints only for exhibitions like this one. The photo at the top its one of the examples of the art that will be on display.
Right next to Davids show there will also be a collective show of artists from Rosarito Mexico, like Francisco Cabello, Becris, Daniel Franco, Villafania, Fernanda Uribe, Cota and Ana Malvaez.
Besides the art at the Mausuleum there will also be a very interesting Folk Art exhibition on Papier Mache Day of the Dead Art by the famous Linares family from Mexico City. To see have more information about the Linares please check the losnaguales blog.
The Cemetery its located at 6000 Santa Monica Blvd. in Hollywood California, there will be an admission cost of $10 and the visiting hours will be from 4pm to 11pm, besides the art there will also be a traditional Mexican Day of the Dead celebration with Altars, music, and food.
